A Tryst with Taste

Delectable Tryst wasn’t born in a bakery. It began quietly—in a home kitchen filled with memories, midnight experiments, and a dream stitched between responsibilities.

I’m Swapnil, and for almost a decade, I worked in media and communications, including as a PR & Media Officer with the Ministry of Health, and with organizations in the development sector. I crafted campaigns, wrote stories, and met deadlines. But amidst it all, my safe space was always the kitchen.

In 2019, life shifted. Together with my husband, Abhinav (AKS), we chose entrepreneurship. We launched E-Kademy (now Abhinav Tutorials) to guide students, but I also decided to follow my heart — and that’s how my journey into professional baking began.

That leap gave birth to Delectable Tryst — a space where food isn’t mass-produced, but handcrafted with meaning.
